I am new to the list and recently really became interested in the Kitfox. I had not even seen one until this past weekend when Don Smythe had made arrangements for me to see Ronnie Lindsey's 5 and Warren Miller's 4. Being a big guy (6-2 250) I soon realized that the 5 was more comfortable for my size. As Don, Ronnie, and Warren can attest, I have alot of questions. Right now I am trying to figure out if a Series 5 will fit inside of an enclosed trailer. Do any of you have any experience with this, or know anyone that has. I am not sure about the width or height, but I am sure you would probably need a 8.5 foot wide trailer. If you have any information, I would really appreciate it.
Also, I would like to thank all the members of the group for sharing their information and experience. Alot of you go to great length to answer a question, and although I may not have any clue of what you are talking about, I appreciate the effort. I admire those of you that built your Kitfox, because it would take me 15 years to get it out of the box. I would much rather enjoy the flying.
Thanks again,
Gary Goss
