Hello Kolbers,
As you know, my Kolb Mark III Extra is in the capable hands of David Key, for which I am very grateful. Since I really wanted a helicopter, that's what I'm building now, although I'm sure a single place Kolb is in my future . . . . at any rate, when I upgraded to the Extra I got the heavy duty horizontal stabilizers after I'd covered and finished through to silver the Mark III Classic ones. They are sitting in our hangar and I'd like to find out if any Kolbers out there want them for their project. Shipping cost and some very small amount of money will do it.
Happy flying! I'll continue to lurk on this list of fantastic flyers.

Hey Lisa,
Lucky you. When I upgraded to the Extra in 2003 no one said diddly squat about different stabilizers.
Does that mean I'm going to be under stabilized with my classic ones? Anyone?
Ironicaly I just saw on Barnstormers what you must be talking about and wondered what they were. Square ends and exta bracing.

Does David Key have a website or picture page? That was one nice looking kolb you were building. I would love to see it today. Has he finished it?
