As mentioned, my plane is in Barnstormers reduced  to $19K.  Interesting, I received an email from a David Stan in England who  was interested.  He asked a couple questions which I replied.  Today  he sent an offer (sight unseen) but there was a slight catch.  He had  already authorized a US  purchasing agent to spend $36,000.  So,  it was my lucky day.  Instead of $19K I get $36K but have to pay for the  shipping to the UK.  The only other catch was, I need to send a photo copy  of my US Passport to get the ball rolling.

     This is slightly off topic but  meant to be a warning for anyone advertising their planes on line.  I  can't believe that some people might fall for such a scam.  Barnstormers  warned of this and I have notified them.

 I can outbid that offer! I will give you $40k. Give me  your checking account number, your SS#, a copy of your passport, your  address and a signature card. I will make sure that the money is deposited in  your account. Really I will. Honest.

Just for fun if you had a valid  UK passport.........    or how about one from The Republic of  Newfoundland?? ( doesn't exist!) 

  

 Tell him you would have to wait  until Monday to get your passport from your office at CIA HQ
