This a very good know trick to get your money. Never trust that. A lot of people have lost their money this way.
Don`t trust things when they sound too good.

This happened to a friend of mine selling an airplane.
Guy in another country sent my friend a cashiers check for $100,000 for his airplane unseen....50 grand more than the asking price. Only catch was, my friend was supposed to send this guy the change, $40,000, keep $10,000 for the trouble. The $40,000 was to be wired to a specific account overseas. My friend almost did it, but his bank discovered that the cashiers check was no good.
Word to the wise....a cashiers check is not even safe anymore.
