Where and how have fuel return lines been added to the
tanks. I'm not sure if I will need them but it will be
easy to add it during construction.

I added mine using the same method as the vent line. The ribs already have a
snap bushing hole at the top in the rear so thats where I put the return
line, running it all the way up to terminate on the other side of the filler
cap from the vent line.
