I have read in Kitfox Builder of many problems with the fiberglass tanks that have been sloshed with Kreem and fuel lines that are actually hydraulic lines. Is this just with autogas use? Should I get rid of them or use avgas only or try to find plastic tanks and gas fuel lines?

Two different problems. The basic Kreem problem was due to the product cracking and coming loose in the tanks. This caused several owners to be forced into cleaning the tanks and re-sloshing. Do you have Kreem in your tanks?
The old fuel line problem was when Skystar supplied MIL-6000 black rubber hose in the kit. Auto fuel from some locations around the country would cause the MIL-6000 to swell shut. I'm almost certain that the new Kitfox folks do not supply that line anymore. If you have MIL-6000, simply throw it in the trash can and replace with auto hose of either SAE-R7 or SAE -R9 (fuel injection). I use clear Polyurethane from AC Spruce and it works just fine. The auto hose or Poly will work equally well with 100LL.
As far as going to plastic tanks, I think the jury is still out on what is the best choice if a replacement is necessary. If I "HAD" to change tanks right now I don't know what I would choose.

Re the Kreem, I think most of the problem was not removing the waxy coating on the inside of the tanks. I used MEK to degrease before applying the Kreem and no sign of it lifting. John A. NZ

I've got 275+ hours on my Kreem'd tanks...no problems yet...and I'm
using automotive SAE R7 or R9, can't recall which. Per Skystar's
instructions, I thoroughly cleaned the tanks with acetone, then
sloshed the tanks with Kreem. On my can of Kreem, the usual
disclaimer can be found: "Not for use in aircraft...."

Another problem to consider is ethanol in auto fuel. Ethanol will disolve some sloshing compounds and will also swell the rubber on many essential components such as fuel lines and older style rubber tipped float valves on Bing carbs. Here in Texas the State mandates that all auto fuel be at least 10% ethanol. The only other source for straight auto fuel in Texas is marine fuel.

Except for about 3 gallons of mogas in an emergency, I've stuck to
100LL for all of the life of my Jabiru engine. They allow mogas after
50 hours, but this means having to deal with lugging gas at some
airports, so I'd rather use the 100LL and be done with it.
