I am re installing my 912ULS and have spent the last hour or so looking for the spesifications for the torque of the m10x1 motor mount bolts.

The rotax heavy maintenance specifies 35 Nm (310 in lb) for M10 bolts.
I don't understand the length M10x1 that you mention. The short bolts that come with the shipping container are not
to be used for installation.
On mine the motor mount ring attaches to the engine with 3 bolts that are about 2 1/2 inches long and one that is
about 5 inches long.
