I just took a look at the Morse web site and they make several models of
hole saws. If you go this route, I would definitely recommend the fixed
arbor model. The style that uses the detachable arbor allows the saw to
rattle unless screwed down tight on the threaded arbor, where the drive pins
usually don't line up. These saws are made to go through lumber quick. I
believe their teeth may be too course for thin sheet metal. I would do test
holes before using on a valuable part and would try for the most rigid setup
possible in a drill press.
