I am suprised the O2 did not explode when introduced into an oily contianer under psi. That is why the big warning not to oil fittings on O2 regulators.
Some people are lucky because its not like the fittings would allow you to use an OS bottle to air up a Russian airplane. Someone had to change some fittings around.
I have also enjoyed hearing about guys trying to start on nitrogen.
