Guys this is only my opinion but I have found that  most people who insist on having their way have a great big ego that needs  feeding and the way they feed it is by getting their way.  Therefore the  best way to deal with someone like that is do not respond to anything he or she  says.  Ignore them in total.  They will soon get the message and start  making sugestions and/or providing answers to questions and behaving like a lady  or gentleman.
