Help!
I need a B1 Instrument Bulkhead. I contacted Zenith and they no longer make
the part. Does anyone have one for sale, or is there anyone who can make one
for me from your form blocks? This would save me a lot of time.
It looks like there was a change in bulkhead size. I received one from
Zenith that was smaller than the plans called for. I need the one from the
12/2 plans that measures 938 cm side to side. Zenith no longer makes this
item. Thanks!!!!!

Joe,
Get a piece of 5/8 plywood and lay it out. Cut it out. Trace it on a
piece of aluminum, add flanges and bend it.
Lots faster than UPS if one were available. You have the drawing. It's
about two hours if you stick with
the plans. You'll spend 20 times that putting in gages, switches etc.
