 For those of you interested , Wag Aero sells the plans for the North-Aire floats . These are made from aluminum and you do all the work cutting bending rivetting . However mine are made from a plug modeled from the North-aire plans. Glass and vacumn bagged . There were 4 sets of these floats made from glass . They have flown for hundreads  hours on several different aircraft . They are very light and tough .
