Can anyone tell me where to locate the aluminum block that is used to
make the U-1024 wheel pant standoffs on page 48-16 in the plans. I've
looked high and low, and after looking at my packing lists, I'm not sure
I received the material. Did it by chance come in another kit?

It's two small aluminum blocks. Not sure but I believe it's in the same bag as the door hardware. While your at it make sure you have 2 each, 3/8 x 24 x 1-3/4 socket head cap screws...mine were only 3/4" long.
