 Kudos here to Zenith for getting their on-line parts ordering running  pretty smoothly.  

  

 My first attempt to order parts, about 2 months ago, resulted incorrect  parts and numbers of parts being shipped and incorrect charges.  

  

 Last Thursday, I on-line ordered a replacement part (Yes, I misdrilled  it...).  Got a e-mail confirmation and e-receipt nearly immediately and a  shipping confirmation the same day.  Got the part on Monday and went back  to work!

  

 Note that replacement parts seem to come from a standard kit BOM.   They may (probably won't) have any of the additional work that might have been  done in a QB kit.
