When I switch off the auxiliary electrical fuel pump the instrument reading drops to nearly 0 before coming up again very slowly but doesn’t read quite 0.2 with the mechanical pump. Is this a reason for concern ??
Also the fuel gauge starts jumping all over the place at about 2/3 or ½ full. The needle oscillates between empty and ¾ full. Does anybody else experience the same problem ??
Thanks

Well, I installed a new fuel pump and things are Ok again, Readings from the electrical and mechanical are nearly identical.
