I'm wondering if anybody can help me out with a oil tank  problem for a new 912? My old tank isn't in the greatest shape, I have a new one  that came with my new 912 but it's apparently 1" to long and needs to be  cut down. Any Idea who can perform this task for me?  Thanks

If it's a metal tank, most modern welding  shops can do it.  I'd request it be TIG welded if I took it to a welding  shop.

Jim,

 Is there any way to mount it lower than the engine as Rotax recommends. I  have been thinking of modifying mine to do that. I haven't figured it out yet.  Only so much room. Jeff Classic IV 912UL
