One doesn't need a repairman's certificate to maintain an experimental,

anybody can do it.



Part 43 does not apply



R/C is only for annual cond insp priveledges and even that is tough to define

other than the required signature as no one knows what the heck an annual

condition inspection is....



Nor are there any criteria by which one would determine if any given part is

airworthy or not, so what's to inspect since it all could be good or bad

regardless of what "condition" anyone think it's in???
