List, I am rigging the control cables now and find that I can not get full aileron deflection before the "Y" stick hits the sides of the console. It looks like I am around 2 to 4 degrees short of the 11.5 degree travel required. One possible solution would be to lower the front sides of the console by one or two inches. Anyone else encountered this situation?

Chuck,
I'm not to the point you are but it seems to me I've seen this question raised by the group before and I'm a little surprised by the lack of response this time. You might check the archives but in any case I would contact the factory and see what they have to say about it. If you get a good response to your question please share it with the rest of us.
Good luck!
Tim

check the cable length, and rod lengths per plans, had same issue with elevator throw and needed to put rod at 220 per plans, making throw just right. 2 degrees off is not bad.
