no I did not paint it myself, I am not smart or skilled enough for that, I would end up with more between my teeth than on the plane. the paint job was froma car painter in plant city. The powder coating is from Sarasota avionics, and other part powder coated from American Powder coating in Tampa.
Another source I will begin using is my Father's FAA repair station in OpaLocka. We just bought the business together and it has a great powder coating equipment.
We will be doing poweder caoting and TIG and MIG welds, plasma coatings etc... for small planes as well, for a charge, plus shipping.
