Melinda,

Here is a link to how I attached my throttle quadrant: http://www.repucci.com/bill/instruments.html. Scroll down and you will how I did it. Needless to say, the three level quadrant is a little wider than my two lever.

If you are going to set your -7 up for IFR, I highly recommend going with the Affordable Panel's panel, like I did. (http://www.affordablepanels.com/index1.htm) This will make future maintenance (and upgrades) much easier.
