Well, the stars did align properly and N5929 left the earth twice yesterday. Flew as well as expected (high expectations) with no major issues. Took a little over 5 yrs to give birth (and women think they have it bad with 9 mos J ).
What one realizes very quickly is that building an airplane isn’t done by one’s self—takes a tolerant family, lots of folks (mostly other builders, to include those on the list) with ‘what can I do to help you’ attitudes, and maybe even some divine assistance/encouragement to align the stars. Thanks to all in contributing to making this ‘once in a life time’ experience come to fruition!
