Al, I am using a PC with Windows and get the blank e-mails every now and then.  I have discovered that if I go to "reply", I can usually see the message.

I've been getting the same thing but usually can get the text displayed

by going to the "View" drop down menu and selecting "Plain Text

Alternative" under "Message".  It's a nuisance.  I'm using a Mac so

wonder if it also happens to the PC Windows guys.
