I ain't that dumb...I was only trying to get the spinner off, prior to removing the prop. I had removed centre bolt in spinner and it's stuck solid so it looks like brute force. The planes been lying for 7 years so it could be corrosion or silicone...

You wouldn't believe the number of people who have seen my 582 with the three blade Ivo prop and thought the little screw held the prop in place. Glad to see you aren't one of them... there is a good chance that there may be silicone inside the spinner to hold it in place in case the bolt came out.
