Is the wheel well fuel shutoff valve supposed to cut fuel flow completely? If it is closed and the electric boost pump turned on, should ANY fuel continue to flow out of the fuel drain if open? I have tested mine after maintenance and some small amount still pumps out of the drain. It is only a small fraction of the flow with the valve open. I have several valves and they all seem to allow a small flow to the drain when closed. This is in a 1955 L26 by the way. Thanks to anyone who tests theirs and forwards the results.
