Hey List!
I was going to place the flap actuator last night and function it (Temp assembly) and the holes to receive the A12 bolts are not quite big enough in the actuator assy. One end is a plastic end in the housing and the other is the actuator end that receives the steel sleeve/push rod.
Any body else have this problem? I have drill bits but would like to ask if others have had the same issue and what was the counter measure.
Also, it is suggested to paint all the steel parts, (Torgue tubes etc...) but the way the sheet metal bearings work
how loose are builders making the holse as to not scratch paint when installing the bearings on the tubes?

Rich,
I remembered having to drill out the actuator hole also. Did not seem like a big deal and there was plenty of material left on the actuator.
I do not recall having any problem getting the sheet metal shims on the flap tube.
Good luck,
