You didn't mention how far you have taken your airframe drag reduction. If you don't already have streamlined struts you can increase your max rpm at the current pitch setting by adding them. The difference is amazing. There are many more less dramatic cleanup opportunities on the 701 all of which will increase the rpm, not to mention speed/gas mileage.
