Sure you can. we fly it sometimes like this, in fact we are making an extra set of "summer doors" that will be ready in a few weeks. they will have no windows but kind of a wind deflector made of lexan, once it works (if it does) I will post some pictures.
Johann, forgot the photos of the gas transfer, I will try to take them tomorrow, we are going on a short Xcountry to a barbacue in a friends ranch. Hope I dont forget my camera and take some photos of the flight... Hot season and windy time is here, time for fun before it rains (June, July)
