You are absolutely right. What else may I say? The before start checklists 

is mandatory, that is what my instructor tolme before I did my first flight. 

And it rules up to today.

I appreciate your words.



I am a newbie and a low time flyer.



Some of the thoughts I hear on this list makes me wonder why folks bought a kit rather than designing their own.

Myself, I am a fairly handy man but don't know a lot about very much with out asking others. 



I do understand that a designer had an intent in mind when he puts his thoughts on paper. Any deviation from that changes the unknown and that is where the danger lies. If not ran through the designers thought process, the unknown can be detrimental.



That is not to say change can not be a good thing but it must be done in a manner that takes design intent strictly in the equation.



I hope that with in the nest 2 years I too can join the flying ranks of the Zeniith family
