Hey folks...  

  I'm in the process of redoing and repainting both my cockpits in my CJ.  Right now I'm trying to select a paint for the side panels and the instrument panels.  Since I have a lousy imagination when it comes to color, I would be interested to see what else there may be out there besides battle ship gray.  I would love to see any pictures you have of your cockpits and colors if you'd like to share!!!

Larry,

I remember seeing some great pics of Ray Stallings'  CJ that had this  

really cool russian fighter blue/green....

At the very end of the clip the camera guy shows the aft cockpit  

pretty well... just an idea.

Think about which colors will be easiest on your eyes and provide  

maximum contrast in low-lighting situation as well as minimal glare  

when in full sunlight.

Boring battle ship grey maybe ... !!



Think about which colors will be easiest on your eyes and provide  

maximum contrast in low-lighting situation as well as minimal glare

That is kind of what I was thinking myself. Hot pink may be exciting  

but not necessarily conducive to reducing fatigue.

Mine came with black crinkle paint on the main panel.  I find it MUCH easier

to look at than the standard grey.
