need some help, I have UMA tachometer for rotax 912 the tachometer has 3 wires. Red to battery positive black to battery negative white to engine however engine has 2 wires A white and blue What do I do with the extra wire? help will be appreciated thanks gerry

My Kitfox 7 manual under engine wiring diagram page 63 shows blue or a blue/yellow wire from engine to position three (your white wire) on the tack. The white wire from engine is attached to the ground wire at the tach.
