This week I finished 4 days at Lockwood's Rotax engine school and I must say it was outstanding. As a recent purchaser of a flying Kitfox with the 912 UL I was somewhat mystified by some of the things on this engine and how it works.( in comparison to the Lyc/Cont I had been working on)There is not much available out there so I decided to attend the school (as well as the Light Sport expo ) in Sebring,Fl.
I now feel comfortable to work on this engine. The instruction was superb! We spent 4 days tearing apart carbs, pulling cylinders, carb sync, etc.
I thought I would throw this out there for those of you, like me, that wanted to know where to find out more about this engine and the right way to work on it.
