Hi guys

  

 I noticed on several pictures of Lightning, showing  engine with straight out exhaust system (no muffler). I am looking at doing this  as well, but caution say 's check first.(early model eng).The questions I ask  are:-

 How noisy?

 Any affect on eng performance?

 Anything to be aware of?

 I am familiar with a Lightning built with straight pipes.  It  is not excessively noisy.  I built mine with a muffler.  The result  was slightly quieter and cabin heat that works
