Section 16 Wing Final Assembly and Installation says:
"5. With the aileron attached, place the aileron at full up deflection, this is measured at the tip and must be 3.5 inches."
So there is the up range. What's the down range?

Section 13 of the manual says:
"Clamp the hinge bracket in place and move the aileron through its operating range."
My question is, what is the operating range? Degrees up and down or trailing edge inches up and down, without contacting the wing? The neutral point being where the aileron trailing edge is aligned with the flap trailing edge.

Aileron neutral point is the flap than move about 3.5" up and about 2" down and check clearances...
