     I don't have a fax machine but I will send you the  instructions in an email; please confirm that you have the 2-point model because  the calibration is different for the 2-point and the 5-point.

     The procedure is attached; there are some error codes  which are indicated by light patterns.   If someone will fax you  the page, those may also be helpful but you probably don't need them right  away.

  

     Good luck with the recalibration; I had trouble getting  mine done also.  It's very difficult to see the lights; Mark Stauffer  at SYI was able to complete it when we visited for the reunion last  September.

Thanks you very much, Linda. The procedure you  sent sounds very much like the one I tried (but failed). It is possible that I  did not hold the button long enough to establish the 'empty' set point. I'll  give this a try, and then contact Mark, if it fails again. It is good to know  that he is the subject matter expert.
