I have an 801 I just completed in December. The 4 seat belts have the
601/701 model number on the tags but it came with my 801 kit. They seem
to be too short for the front seats & that's before any upholstory is
in. I am sitting on 2" thick foam with 1" foam against my back. They
are ok for the rear seats.

Are there supposed to be seat belts specifically for the 801 for the
front seats?

Mine measure from the center of the bolt hole of the rear attach to the
end of the first metallic buckle at 805 mm.

I asked Zenith about this on Feb 1 & then agon about a week ;ater but
still waiting for a response.

Thanks
Rich

Whenever I send any email to Zenith, it usually takes them at least a week to answer it. If you want better service, I suggest you pick up the phone and give them a call. You'll have your answer much quicker that way.

oh... I forgot to mention that I spoke to Roger several times. Don't
know why someone there can't just go to the plane & measure the length.
It takes less than 5 minutes... heck, less than 2 minutes.
