Yes, sure: Add a fuselage support to your trailer - two uprights with a hole in each aligning with the fuselage crosstube situated about a foot in front of the rudder, originally meant to attach a towbar. A long bolt through here will take all the load off the tailwheel spring, plus eliminating the need to think up a way to tie down the tailwheel. You should never, repeat N-E-V-E-R trailer a Kitfox without this, not even for short distances and slow speeds!

... But, that pales by comparison with what would happen if the spring broke while trailering at highway speed! I hadn’t considered that possibility! Any suggestions??
