Here are some pictures of my Kitfox trailer that I built using a boat
trailer. I built It so the fox would ride as low to the ground as
possible and in an almost level position. I must say works very well. I
usually haul a short distance but I think it would work very well on
long hauls too. 
The reason for the long ramps is I wanted to keep the wheel pants on an
I use the ramps for scaffolding and didn't want to cut them.

It looks to me like the tail is tied down using the tow bar attach points but I don't see any support to take stress off the tail wheel spring... Am I wrong.

Good idea using what's available for ramps.  I never thought about the pants gee I don't even use wheels...  I haven't flown a wheel since the day I got my license.
