Same thing happens to me all the time. I have found it happens more
often if spraying at anything other than with the can straight up.
When it does happen, I have a can of brake cleaner and put the spray
tube into the can end of the nozzle and blow out the clog. After the
nozzle goes back into the can, a couple of sprays into the air clears
the nozzle of brake cleaner and everything is good until the next
time. When done with the primer, I turn the can over and spay until
the nozzle is clear.
