Hi,
could anybody, please, tell me if the Ducati 343620 attached to 912 UL is series or parallel regulator?
I have a faulty unit and I am looking for a repleacement.

Neither one nor the other. Those terms only apply to older resistance
regulators.
The Ducati Rotax is a switching regulator with SCR's.
It is safe not to draw more than about 12 amps continuous unless you
provide some means of cooling.
