Hello Bruno,
With due respect, we don't enough about your airpark to allow us to even
begin to offer suggestions. The house/hangar layout will be determined after
consideration of airpark covenants and restrictions, local zoning, your
insurance company, hard surface or grass taxiways, snow removal
considerations, and careful consideration of your plot survey, to name but a
few factors.
For starters visit http://www.livingwithyourplane.com/
Here you will find that:
_________
LWYP produces a newsletter, annual directory, a listing of airpark
covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&R), a library of floor plans for
homes with integrated hangars and a directory of Aviation Professionals. An
archive of newsletter stories since 1991 is also available.
LWYP provides individuals who are living on an airpark, want to live on one
or are interested in developing or expanding an airpark with important and
helpful information.
____________
Please take the time to perform due diligence in researching your
prospective airpark.
Living on an airpark is not a casual change in lifestyle - it will rock your
world, for better or for worse. I've lived at Casa de Aero (68IS) for ten
years and love it. My wife and I visited six local airparks and looked at
perhaps twenty different homes over a period of several years before
choosing ours.
Good luck,
