I have Lockwood's oil thermostat installed in my 912ULS. Rotax recommends
long sweep ells when using a oil thermostat to prevent oil restriction.
Lockwood offers the long sweep ells as an adaptor and an ell. Does anyone
know a source for a long sweep ell without needing an adaptor? The specs
would be 1/2 NPT x 1/2" barb brass long sweep ell.

Thanks!

We did not use elbows of any kind. Instead we carefully routed the
hoses to avoid any tight bends or kinks. It has been in service this
way for over two years now with no problems. Each engine installation
presents different geometric routing problems so this may not work on
yours.
