I am in the process of getting ready to cut the firewall form block ( 7-F-1 ) and there is something I having a problem figuring out.
Although the different angles around the perimeter that need to be followed are clearly marked ( ex. 18º-open 10º-closed, and 8º-open ) nowhere is there any mention where the different angles start, or stop.
Since I don't have access to any correct, compete airframe, to eyeball it from photos, would most certainly be a hit or miss proposition on my part. Can anyone, using the crimp measurements shown on the plan as a guide, explain to me exactly where each of the angles should start or stop.
Thank's to those of you ( there most certainly will be different opinions ) who will take the time to respond to my concerns.

Bob. I'm at work so i can't answer in the detail you want. I bought my firewall and some of the angles were a little off so I just altered them to fit, and thats the point I'll make to you here. Don't worry too much about the angles yet. After you fit it up it will be obvious what angle you need. I'm sure you will get more specific help from someone who has built their own but this is not an area of concern yet. You want to worry about something. Worry about the Inboard top Wing skins...Geoff
