Sometimes this forum is a real mystery to me.  Often when I look at a thread there is no message in the first post but other people have replied so I guess they see something.

I think it has happened that for some reason or the other a reply gets e-mailed out before the original post.  I’ve noticed this several times.  I’ve replied to questions and noticed other replies came out before mine several hours later.

Another thing that screws things up...at least for us that choose to  

receive the forum via email....is the lack of including at least a  

snippet of the original thread in a persons reply. I think the "rules  

of the road" put forth by Matronics suggest this so the reader will  

have a clue why the guy answered, for example: "just screw it in  

until it stops and back off 1/2 turn." What is he replying  

to....wheel bearings or carb needle setting?  Beats me!

I have noticed this too, but thought it was a problem with how my phone was interpreting data (I usually check my mail on my Blackberry). For example, every one of michel's mails comes through blank for me.

That is because I use invisible ink, my friend! ... you know, KGB and that stuff! 

Seriously, I post from my IP web site using text-only interface. I send this email to both the Matronics list and to your private address. Let us know if it comes differently from one place or the other.
