I am looking for idea's to add cabin air control to my model II vents. Anyone have any idea's?

If the Model II air vents you are talking about are NACA style vents, then check vansaircraft.com (the RV site). They have vent systems and parts there that should work great.

Forget about the NACA scoops that come with the early kits; they're useless.
Go get these: http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/appages/vistavents.php
...and put them in the doors/windows. They'll work much better.
