Does anyone have a Lil-lifter jack for their RV-*A that can give me some pointers on how to use this thing?

I was under the impression that I could jack the gear up from the inside and pull the wheel off the axel. I just cant find an adapter that fits. I've heard of others using this jack, so I'm sure there's a way. It escapes me though.  Any advice would be appreciated.
