What can one use to tint white weld on black??

LASER printer toner was recommended (and worked well for me) for fiberglass
resin, it MIGHT work on the weld on as well.

For fiberglass, copier toner works well, but I'm not sure
how it would work for Weld-on, and if it could get black
or just grey. There IS something that I think would
have a chance of being great, but it would take some
work finding it and experimentation. Years ago I had
an absolutely awesome glue for dive related stuff...Aquaseal.
They sold cans of dye to turn the glue various colors.
That dye if compatible would easily turn it a very dark
color. But, you'd have to test it for compatibility...
and track it down.
