Hello everyone,
Many moons ago I lurked on this list dreaming of a Kitfox. Since then
I begun my aviation career and have been a certified airplane owner
since 2002. I am once again dreaming of a Kitfox. After discussions
with friends/owners I am looking at finding my airplane.
Looking for a model IV-1200 on wheels or floats or amphibs.
If anyone knows of a already flying animal forsale or very near
completion or slightly damaged then please give me a shout.

Make sure you keep close tabs on Barnstormers.com. That's where most

I have a Kitfox V for sale. It's is 1550 gross weight with an 100 HP NSI Subaru motor and a Cap 140 prop.It has 140 hours on it.On a scale of 1 to 10 it's every bit a 10. I have $46,000 and 4 years of work invested in it. I built it for my son but he is now married and going to collage and flying will not fit in his budget so there is no need to keep it. I'm asking $ 40,000 for it. I live in northern Indiana. If interested give me a call at 574-586-2883

I see your phone number is in Manitoba. I am in Ontario.
What engine are you looking for ?
I know of several in Canada that are for sale right now. If you want a US plane -- it is fairly simple to import them if they meet a few criteria.
Kitfox IV a great choice and you can buy them used for 12 to 25k $
depending on engine.
I would not pass up a 1050 model IV . Check out my videos IV are a cool plane.

Looking at a Rotac 912/914 powered bird.
If you know of any that would be great.
What requirements do they have to meet for import? I wasn't aware of any.

100 hours in logbook from USA
de register N number from FAA
do a inspection and get Transport Canada delegate to check it over and paper work and you all done.
