Very easy to fight... Just take a lerge box,,, fill it with packing peanuts,seal it up and tape the crap out of it so it takes forever to open. Hand the guy the box while biting your tonque so you don't laugh so hard. Off he goes with 'Nothing".. Better yet, call the local police, and have them waiting for this guy..... There is a great chance he is wanted for other stuff too...
