Hey Gang,
Now may be a good time (except for OshKosh and Baraboo!!) to read and think.
While the "51% rule" is scoffed at by dedicated Tailwind/Buttercup builders, it may have some long tentacles. Most government rule have consequences not bargained for.

Isnt it interesting that your comments have to be in by Aug. 15?? In the middle of summer AND the most major aviation event that concerns the folks regulated by this rule???
I would urge you to respond to whatever tweeks your moral instincts.
It may not be long before you find yourself filling out the 4 pages of trivia to get your bird inspected.
Maybe not now, but complicated paperwork has a way of breeding bureaucrats......or maybe it is the other way around.
