I'm tearing what's left of my hair out! Has anyone out there successfully installed the CZAW canopy on the CH601XL?
I believe it's a bit different from the one from Zenith, particularly forward of the instrument panel.
How does the forward side flashing (6C4-3CZ) fit at the front? The drawing 6-C-3CZ shows it overlapping the top forward skin at the top, but the front of it going behind the top skin when the canopy is opened.
Any photos would be particularly helpful!

You might need to trim/file the fuselage top skins back a little. I did with the Zenith version. I don't think I have it right yet but since I'm still taking off the top skin regularly I haven't finalized that yet.
Also the Zenith design has nylon spacer in there. Does the CZAW? If not that might help some.
Have I mentioned I HATE the canopy construct part of the 601XL?

hopefully have sent you some pictures of how i did it
i have plenty more if needed
have your engine been cleared by the LAA as the rotax is what they told me
